1. The service

Tuulink is a streaming service for short (about one minute) vertical video episodes based on Mongolian history and legends, delivered in Mongolian and English.

The first episodes of every series are free. Other episodes can be purchased individually or as a season pass.

2. Products and prices

Products: (a) access to a single episode; (b) a season pass giving access to every episode of that season.

Prices are shown on each episode and season in Mongolian tugrik (₮) and, for international viewers, in US dollars ($). The final price is repeated on the order page before you pay. Prices include VAT.

Discounts are shown with the previous price struck through. Prices may change without notice; changes never affect orders already paid.

3. Delivery

The service is entirely digital; nothing is shipped. As soon as your payment is confirmed the purchased episode or season is unlocked on your account and listed under "My Library". You can watch on any device where you are signed in.

QPay and card payments are confirmed automatically, and the content unlocks at once.

Purchased access does not expire and remains valid for as long as the content is available on the service.

4. Payment

We accept payment online only, by QPay or bank card, through "Pay online" on the order page. We do not accept bank transfers.

An order is closed if it has not been paid within 1 hour. Late payments are checked and either confirmed against the order or refunded.

Moving between episodes, including automatic playback of the next episode, never charges you. Payments happen only for orders you confirm.

5. Refunds

Because the content is digital, payments for episodes or seasons that have been unlocked and watched are not refundable.

We refund in full when: (a) payment was confirmed but the content could not be unlocked within 48 hours for technical reasons; (b) purchased content is permanently removed from the service; (c) a payment was made twice.

Request a refund within 14 days of payment through https://tuulink.com, quoting your order number and reference code. Refunds are sent to the paying account within 5 business days, and access to the refunded content is revoked.

6. Accounts and your responsibilities

An account (email or Google) is required to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and may not share it.

Downloading, recording, copying, redistributing or publicly showing the content is prohibited. Violations lead to account termination and may be pursued under applicable law. Every video carries a viewer-identifying mark.

7. Content and intellectual property

All videos, images, text and logos on the website are the intellectual property of Tuulink.

The service contains no illegal, adult or restricted content. The content is historical and educational and suitable for all ages.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for problems caused by your internet connection or device. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.
