Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We collect:

• Account data: email address and, with Google sign-in, your name.
• Order and payment data: purchased content, amount, reference code, payment status. We never store card numbers or bank credentials.
• Viewing data: which episode you watched and how far (for Continue Watching).
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, server logs.
• Messenger link: if you link your account to Messenger, we store a one-way hash of your Messenger ID, only to recover your password. We keep no name and no readable ID, and delete the hash when you unlink.

2. How we use it

Only to provide the service, process orders, unlock purchased content, fix technical problems and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

For advertising, we may send a one-way hashed version of a registered user's email or phone number to Meta (Facebook). Meta uses it only to match accounts and then deletes it. To opt out, message our Facebook page.

3. Retention and security

Data is kept while your account is active, and order records for as long as accounting law requires. Data is protected with SSL encryption and restricted access.

4. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data through https://tuulink.com. Deleting your account also ends access to purchased content. Deletion instructions: https://tuulink.com/en/data-deletion
